  • On February 28, 2023, Governor Newsom ended California’s COVID-19 State of Emergency, and the Alameda County Board of Supervisors ended the County's COVID-19 State of Emergency. Similarly, City of Fremont COVID-19 emergency legislation, proclamations, and orders not previously terminated, and which are tied to the state and/or county emergency orders, expired as of this date.

  • Regarding eviction moratoriums, the City’s Residential Eviction Moratorium has been terminated. The City's Small-Scale Commercial Eviction Moratorium has expired. The Alameda County Eviction Moratorium has expired.
