Community Advisory & Engagement Board

The FRC Community Advisory and Engagement Board (CAEB) is an advisory board that serves to enhance community involvement in the FRC and strengthen the link between FRC programs and services, and the diverse residents in the Tri-City area.  This is a volunteer two-year (renewable) commitment.

 Description of Board Member Responsibilities

  1. Attendance at monthly virtual meetings.
  2. Serve as a representative of a cultural, religious, neighborhood, business, service or educational group or organization, and have a way of relaying information about the FRC to that group, as well as sharing information about your organization/affiliation with other CAEB members. 
  3. Interest and willingness to learn about the FRC programs and services, and to share that information with associates, friends and family.
  4. Willingness to offer ideas, and share insights about the needs of the group you are representing.
  5. Participate and support FRC community activities including  fundraising events and community events hosted by the FRC.

 

Application 

Applicants must live or work in Fremont, Union City or Newark, or the organization which they represent must serve Tri City families.   Interested parties should fill out the CAEB Application.
